What You’ll Do – now hiring dependable workers
Next, as a team member, you’ll assist with a variety of landscaping tasks, including:
✅Edging, mulching, and planting flowers
✅Installing grass for new or updated landscapes
✅Helping with patio and wall construction
✅Setting up farm ponds and water features
✅Assisting with drain line installations
✅Setting up low-voltage lighting
✅Operating landscaping and excavating equipment

Team leader Job Requirements
- Job site safety
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, plow, and salt
- Experience with landscape equipment (preferred but not required)
- Ability to Communicate with workers and customers
- Ability to read and layout designs and blueprints
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to train laborers and delegate tasks
Laborer Position and Job Requirements –
- Reliability
- Transportation to and from work
- Team work skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely operate trucks and trailer
- Experience with landscape equipment (preferred but not required)
Winter Bonus Pay Furthermore, during the winter season, we offer extra pay for all positions, in addition to regular wages.
